INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY
Therapy ideally works as a means to deepen the relationship with our selves and others with the support of a genuine witness, ally, and guide. In my work, I aspire to create a safe space for clients to increase awareness and to collaboratively explore behaviors, relationships, negative beliefs and narratives. My approach is integrative but rooted in a relational model. I pull from theories and ideas of attachment, narrative, CBT, and feminist perspectives. My style is warm, engaged, collaborative, and supportive. I offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions to adults and adolescents.
COUPLES COUNSELING
Healthy relationships require attunement, communication, and a willingness to work together. I help clients explore relational dynamics and early childhood attachment and experiences to address patterns of conflict, unmet needs, and disconnect. With my help, we address challenging topics such as trust, intimacy, communication, and effective repair safely and productively for a more healthy and satisfying relationship. In working with couples I follow the PACT model and include elements of Emotionally Focused Therapy, attachment, and humanistic approaches and perspectives. Through our work together, I will help you build compassion and gratitude, and increase communication, connection, enjoyment, and trust.
